Amy Schatzman started practicing yoga 9 years ago, after the birth of her son as a means of exercise for the body and mental clarity. She enjoys yoga for the flexibility it brings to her body and mind, on and off the mat. In her classes she offers space to explore freely and invites you to come as you are. Her intention is to teach from a place of authenticity, guiding classes with mind-body integration and balance - with a dose of humor!
Kim Thompson is new to teaching yoga; however, she has been practicing yoga for over 35 years. Kim’s love of yoga began when she was a young girl and her Grandma invited her to try some yoga poses. That’s all it took. Kim has been exploring yoga ever since. Kim is grateful for the grace and focus yoga has offered her through life’s joys and challenges. She is hoping to be able to share her love of yoga with children and adults alike. Kim has been receiving coaching from Tricia for 5 months before teaching on her own. Kim is a great addition to Zen's Den.
