Carolyn began her yoga journey 10 years ago. After many years of being a runner she was looking for a way to focus on healing and taking care of her body.  In practice she discovered the physical and mental health benefits of yoga and how transformative the practice of yoga can be. She studied and received her yoga RYT200 to elevate her practice and is excited  to share with her yogi students the benefits of yoga. Her intention is mindfulness and breath in every pose.


Kim Thompson is new to teaching yoga; however, she has been practicing yoga for over 35 years.  Kim’s love of yoga began when she was a young girl and her Grandma invited her to try some yoga poses.  That’s all it took.  Kim has been exploring yoga ever since.  Kim is grateful for the grace and focus yoga has offered her through life’s joys and challenges.    She is hoping to be able to share her love of yoga with children and adults alike.
