Gentle Yoga - All Levels Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a class designed for all level students. This is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class to help you stretch and strengthen the body gradually. You will be guided through postures in a flowing sequence with emphasis on current alignment, connecting breath to movement and provided an opportunity slow down. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone preferring a gentle practice.
All Levels Flow
This class uses a Vinyasa style flow, modified for all levels, by moving with breath in a mindful flow and allowing time for balance postures and holding of floor postures.. Students will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a cardiovascular and strength building workout while finding balance and calming in the mind and nervous system.
